Sean Smith...

has been involved with electronic music in new york city for the past seven years.  He started out DJ-ing in experimental/ambient clubs when he first arrived here from Portland, Oregon.  Soon, he got involved with making music on computers and drum machines.  This led to his involvement with various collaborative music projects in Brooklyn.  At present, he's a part of two main music projects.  Socks and Sandals & another group (that has no name) which plays completely improvisational music whose sound, members and instruments change on a gig by gig basis.      w to thehead of cheese". Imagine yourself completely at ease, totally relaxed and comfortable, a big smile on your face, and your body just naturally begins to move, for pleasure. Socks and Sandals name really says it all: sense of humor, laid back, easy-going, down-to-earthy, organic, care-free comfort.
Socks and Sandals may or may not be fashionable, depending on how you look at it, but when you're really in need of comfort, you can count on them.
